I'm going to be frank with you.

I dabbled with the idea of getting rid of my Tic for a good decade before I actually decided to fix it. 

Looking back at those ten years of searching for solution, I realise now I was just looking for sympathy, or some sense of understanding as to why I have this condition.

I spent hours and hours... day and days browsing the internet whilst learning about neuroscience, the brain and alternative methods of healing.

In fact, it was this condition that inspired me to study Cognitive Psychology at Master's level at one of UK's most prestigious universities, UCL. 

The Doctors had nothing. But I KNEW I had to figure it out.

It's a big ask. Letting go of our deeply engrained habits (because that's ALL it is) can have a DRAMATIC effect on your life.

It was hard for me to imagine what it would be like without a Tic when I had the Tic, but I'll give it a go. 

So, instead of this heavy, twitching, uncomfortable, painful, heavy, dense like experience of body... I feel like I can float.

It's now like my body is as light as a cloud!

I'm free, light, full of energy and I feel ALIVE with creation and opportunity without this constant frustration bubbling up in my consciousness. 

In other words, I feel reborn. 

It didn't happen over night, but I certainly feel as if it's a miracle to go from where I was to where I am.
