Refund Policy

Motor Tic Mastery 

We value clarity, fairness, and commitment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our programs, courses, or coaching services.

By enrolling in or purchasing any Motor Tic Mastery offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

1. General Policy

Motor Tic Mastery offers educational programs and coaching services designed to support learning and personal development. Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We encourage all prospective clients to make informed decisions before purchasing. Where applicable, we provide free trials or initial consultation sessions so that you can assess fit and commitment before payment is taken.

 


 

2. Digital & Video-Only Programs

For programs that consist of pre-recorded video or digital content: 

  • No refunds are provided once payment has been made and access has been granted. 

  • Where a free trial period (e.g. 3-day or 7-day trial) is offered, no payment is taken during that period. This trial is your opportunity to review the content and decide whether to continue.

  • Once the trial period ends and payment is successfully processed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Access to digital content constitutes delivery of the product.

 


  

3. Group Programs (Including Live Group Calls)

For programs that include live group sessions, with or without accompanying digital content:

  • No refunds are available once the program has started. 

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Missed group calls

    • Lack of attendance

    • Lack of participation

    • Changes in personal circumstances after the program start date

     

Group programs rely on collective commitment and scheduling, and places cannot be reallocated once the program is underway.

 


  

4. One-on-One Coaching

For one-on-one coaching services:

  • Coaching is non-refundable once it has commenced. 

  • Motor Tic Mastery typically offers a free initial consultation session prior to any paid coaching engagement. This consultation allows both parties to assess suitability before committing.

  • Once paid coaching has begun, all fees are non-refundable.

 

Session Scheduling & Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a coaching session.

  • Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

  • No refunds are issued for missed or forfeited sessions.

 


 

5. Packages & Mixed Offerings

For packages that include any combination of:

  • Digital programs

  • Group calls

  • One-on-one coaching 

The following applies:

  • Once any part of the package has been accessed or commenced, the package is non-refundable.

  • Purchased coaching sessions must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Any unused sessions after the six-month period are void and cannot be refunded or carried forward.

 


  

6. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

  • Payment plans are commitments to the full program price, not subscriptions.

  • All scheduled payments must be completed regardless of participation level.

  • If a payment fails or is not completed, access to programs and services may be suspended or revoked until the account is brought up to date.

  • Non-payment does not cancel the financial obligation.

  


 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that genuine emergencies or major life events may occur. 

  • Requests related to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

  • Approval of an exception is not guaranteed, and refunds are not automatically granted.

  • Any approved exception does not set a precedent for future cases.
