Throughout these weekly sessions, I’ll also be sharing my personal stories and how I overcome them - topics like social anxiety, how to deal with the awkward looks from others, stress levels and how to manage them, stopping the embarrassment, over-thinking, worrying, lack of control, suppression of emotions, chronic pain etc.
This Whatsapp Notification group is only used to let you know when each call is scheduled. All messages are kept to a minimum (only I can message the group.)
In order to join the call, you'll need the Zoom Video Call app on your phone or computer.
If you're under 18, you'll need a parent in attendance for at least the beginning of the call.
